All sales are final. Because each item is made to order and considered a one-of-a-kind piece, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will address issues under the following conditions:

Manufacturer Defects

If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect, you may request a replacement of the exact same item (same style, size, and color). Requests for replacements due to defects must be made within 1 year of the original delivery date.

Incorrect Item, Size, or Color

If you receive the wrong item, size, or color due to an error by the printery, you must contact them immediately upon receiving your order. The printery will make it right and the correct item will be resent to you at no additional cost.

Please note: Replacements will only be provided for the same item ordered. If the item is no longer available, you may receive store credit of equal value.
