Welcome to Rewind Remedy. We’re glad you’re here. By visiting this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully, as they govern your access to and use of the website, including any purchases you make from Rewind Remedy LLC ("Rewind Remedy", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access the site or use any of our services. This website is not intended or directed for use by children under the age of 13.

2. Products and Orders

All Rewind Remedy products are made to order, meaning each item is custom produced based on the size, design, and color you select. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to sizing, style, or color preferences. Please verify all details before placing your order.

Larger sizes may incur additional charges:

3X and 4X: + $4
5X: +$5

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

3. Returns and Replacements

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following limited circumstances:

Manufacturing Defects: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., holes, misprints, damage), you may request a replacement within one year of the original delivery date. The replacement will be for the same size, style, and color. If the exact item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Printery Errors: If you receive the wrong item, size, color, or design due to an error by the printery, you must contact them immediately upon receiving your order. They will correct the mistake at no cost to you.

Please note: Rewind Remedy is not responsible for these issues directly. All inquiries related to replacement requests due to printery errors or manufacturing defects must be submitted to the printery listed above.

4. Third-Party Fulfillment and Processing

Order fulfillment, production, and payment processing are handled by third-party providers. While Rewind Remedy designs and markets the products, we do not collect or store customer payment information, shipping addresses, or phone numbers. All such data is collected and managed by our third-party processor and printery, who are responsible for order execution and shipment.

5. Eligibility and User Conduct

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. By accessing or using this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. By using this site, you agree not to engage in any behavior that may violate applicable laws or regulations, compromise website security, interfere with site functionality, or harm others. Any misuse of the site may result in termination of access and/or possible legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and all content, products, and services made available through it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewind Remedy disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Indemnification and Hold Harmless

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rewind Remedy LLC, including its members, partners, officers, directors, affiliates, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, any claim that your content caused damage to a third party, or any dispute involving the printery or third-party payment processor. This protection applies regardless of negligence or fault and survives the termination of these Terms.

8. Force Majeure

Rewind Remedy LLC shall not be held liable for any delay, failure to perform, or disruption of service resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. These may include but are not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, labor strikes, transportation delays, supply chain interruptions, equipment or utility failures, internet or communication outages, pandemic-related disruptions, governmental actions or regulations, or any other unforeseeable event or circumstance that makes fulfillment of our obligations impracticable. Such events will not constitute a breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to logos, product designs, images, graphics, and text is the sole property of Rewind Remedy LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content from this website is strictly prohibited. Rewind Remedy LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the website and its content.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes or claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. By use of this website or purchase of products you agree to waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in class action lawsuits. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and any decision rendered shall be final and binding. This section shall survive termination of your use of the site.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
